1. General Provisions
· Apotheosis, having its registered office at G22, No. 99/100, Prestige Tower, Residency Road, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, 560025 operating under the brand name Miez, operates and manages the website www.themiez.com and the associated mobile application. We facilitate the sale and purchase of women's innerwear, including but not limited to bras, panties, and similar intimate apparel through the website and associated mobile application.
· This Delivery and Shipping Policy, in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Use outlines our policies and procedures concerning the delivery and shipping of products purchased through the Miez website and associated mobile application.
· We offer shipping and delivery services throughout India, partnering with reputable logistics providers to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We strive to deliver our products promptly and make all reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times.
· By accessing and using the Miez website and associated mobile application and/or purchasing products through it, you consent to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, without modification. We strongly encourage you to review and understand the terms of this Policy each time you visit the Miez website and associated mobile application.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
· Standard Shipping:
o Estimated delivery within [3-8] business days within India. Please note that deliveries to the North East, hilly areas and impacted locations may take additional days.
o Cost: INR 99/- per order (Free on orders over 1299/-)
· Express Shipping:
o Estimated delivery within [2-5] business days within India. Please note that deliveries to the North East, hilly areas and impacted locations may take additional days.
o Cost: INR 149/- per order (Free on orders over 2999/-)
3. Order Processing Time: We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to facilitate the shipping and delivery of products purchased through the Miez website and associated mobile application.
· Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please review this information carefully and contact our customer service team within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies.
· Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Order Tracking
· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
· We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
· While we aim to ship and deliver products across India, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to designate certain areas as unserviceable for delivery. In such cases, neither we nor our logistic partners will provide shipping and delivery services to those unserviceable areas, and we may not process your orders placed.
· If an area is designated as unserviceable, this information will be communicated to the Customer at the time of placing an order.
· In cases where an area is deemed unserviceable, we will notify you at the time of placing the order.
· If, after placing an order, we are informed that the location is unserviceable by our logistics partners, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated.
6. Shipping Delays
· While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely delivery of your purchased Products within the communicated timeframe, you acknowledge and accept that delivery delays may occur due to events including but not limited to acts of God, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, unforeseen fires, labour strikes affecting warehousing or transportation services, acts of war, civil unrest, riots, acts of terrorism, pandemics or epidemics, or governmental regulations, we or our logistic partners shall not be held liable for any resulting delays. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased products.
· We shall not be liable to compensate you for any claim that may arise due to a delay in the shipment and delivery of the purchased products.
· Please use the tracking number to stay updated with any significant delays and to monitor the status of your order.
7. Engagement of Logistic Partners and Delivery Personnel
· We are committed to partnering with logistic partners, employees, and agents who maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy. However, we cannot guarantee the individual conduct of every delivery person involved in fulfilling your order.
· As our role is primarily to facilitate the delivery of your purchased products, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any delivery personnel, whether they are our employees, agents, or those of our logistic partners. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Delays in delivery
o Incorrect delivery of products
o Product damage during transit
o Discourteous or unprofessional behaviour.
· Any concerns or disputes regarding the conduct of a delivery person should be addressed directly with the relevant party. We are not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
· To modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
· Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
9. Address Accuracy
· To ensure the timely delivery of your purchased products, you acknowledge and agree that we may request or collect certain information, including your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and sufficient information to identify the correct delivery location. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
· We shall not be held liable in any way or at any time for any such failure arising from your failure to provide correct and complete information.
10. Failure Delivery
· Our logistics partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver the purchased product to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated to you. However, if you are unavailable to receive the delivery, our logistic partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver the product.
· Should all three delivery attempts fail due to your continued unavailability, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order for the purchased products and initiate the return process. In such an event, we further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us from any subsequent refunds.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
· If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
· We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
· If the shipment is not delivered within 45 days, It will be considered as lost.
· Do not accept deliveries if the package appears damaged or tampered with.
· In case of missing items, an unpacking video is required to investigate and process a refund or resend the missing product.
· We strongly recommend recording an unpacking video to support any claim.
12. Returns and Exchanges
· To facilitate the return of purchased Products, we collaborate with reverse-logistics partners. Upon receiving your return request on the Miez website or associated mobile application and our acknowledgment of the same, our reverse-logistics partners will contact you to arrange for the collection of the products.

13. Sustainability Efforts
· We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We utilize sustainable packaging materials and partner with carriers that prioritize eco-friendly practices.
