Miez Fees & Payments Policy

Apotheosis, having its registered office at G22, No. 99/100, Prestige Tower, Residency Road, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, 560025 operating under the brand name Miez, operates and manages the website www.themiez.com and the associated mobile application. This Fees and Payments Policy ("Policy") outlines the accepted payment methods, the procedures in place to ensure secure transactions, and the terms governing fees associated with purchases made on the Miez website and associated mobile application. By using the Miez website and associated mobile application, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Fees for Usage

• Browsing & Access: Miez currently does not charge any fees for browsing the Miez website and associated mobile application. However, Miez reserves the right to introduce fees for using specific features or services on the Miez website and associated mobile application in the future. Any such fees will be communicated to users, and your continued use of the Miez website and associated mobile application will constitute acceptance of these fees.
• Product Prices: All product prices listed on the Miez website and associated mobile application are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Additional Charges: You may incur additional charges for shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. Payment Options

4. Payment Validation

Miez reserves the right to validate any payment made through the Miez website and associated mobile application. In certain cases, we may request additional verification, such as photo identification, to prevent fraud. If a payment cannot be validated, Miez reserves the right to reject the transaction. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

5. Transaction Limits and Processing

Miez may impose limits on the number and amount of transactions a user can perform on the Miez website and associated mobile application. We also reserve the right to delay the processing or dispatch of orders if a transaction is flagged as suspicious. In such cases, Miez will not be liable for any damages or claims resulting from delayed processing.

6. Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an item's correct price is higher, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to cancel or pay the difference.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on the Miez website and associated mobile application are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Users are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties that may apply based on their location. In the event of a pricing error, Miez reserves the right to cancel or amend an order to reflect the correct price. Users will be notified of any changes and given the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

The COD option allows users to pay in cash upon the delivery of their order. Miez currently offers COD option at a charge of INR 40/- per order. Miez reserves the right to exclude certain products or locations from the COD option. Users opting for COD must ensure that they have the exact amount available at the time of delivery.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

In case of cancellations or returns, refunds will be processed as per our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Refunds for COD transactions will be issued as MIEZ store credits or customers will be asked to give the bank details via email and the amount will be credited to your account within 7-15 working days, unless otherwise specified. For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

10. Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice any unauthorized charges on your payment instrument, please verify with family members or colleagues before contacting Miez. If you still cannot identify the charge, report it to us within 48 hours so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Miez Credits (Optional)

We may offer Miez Credits as part of promotions or loyalty programs. Miez Credits can be used towards future purchases on the Miez website and associated mobile application.
